Referral must not have been on assignment with JNP within 3 months of confirmation date of new assignment.
There is no guarantee that each referral will be hired.
The referred traveler must work a minimum 450 hours to qualify.
Bonuses will be processed immediately upon qualification of the referral bonus.
Referral bonus payouts cannot be split.
Referral plan applies to Travel jobs, not Per Diem.
JNP reserves the right to change these guidelines at any time.
Travelers can only qualify for one bonus promotion at a time. Bonus promotions do not stack.
Must book/accept a contract by 12/31/2025.
A referee can only be referred one time by one person in the calendar year.
JNP staff and family members are not eligible for the referral payments program.
A qualifying referral only applies to those referrals that are applied through the JNP website or JNP Pulse app.
A typical assignment is 468 hours, so we give grace with 450 hours. If 450 hours is not met in the first contract, as soon as the referral hits 450 going into a second contract the payout will be processed.
Nurses can track the stats of their referral in the JNP Pulse app.
Once the referral has qualified, an email and push notification will be sent to alert the referee.
JNP FIGS jackets are provided to nurses who referer 5 or more nurses in the calendar year.
